Windows 10: Problem with WSUS replication

Hello,I have one Upstream WSUS server and three Downstream WSUS servers. They were working perfectly, however, one Downstream WSUS server started to change its configuration automatically, for example in "Update Source and Proxy Server" in the "Synchronize from another Windows Server Update Services server" option. The name of the Downstream WSUS server is set and also selected as "This server is a replica of the upstream server". After 30 minutes, the configuration change occurs, removing the option to replicate the upstream server and pointing to itself as an upstream server. What could this

Replicate WSUS 2012 to WSUS 2022

I'm migrating a single WSUS 2012 R2 server to WSUS 2022.

I've prepared the environment and set the 2022 server as a replica. All update content and groups have replicated except for computers, I see a message saying "Your WSUS server currently shows that no computers are registered to receive updates".

After completing initial replication I expected to see all computers display on the new WSUS server.

Changing the registry on any random computer and pointing it to the new server doesn't work, soon as I point it back to the old server it continues to communicate as before.

Replication between servers is fine, I don't see any errors related to this problem in Event Viewer.

If I can get all computers talking to the new WSUS server my plan is to stop replication and remove the old server from service.

 

My WSUS server does not go through WSUS services.

Hi guys, hope you are all doing fine.

I have an question regarding Microsoft Windows Server 2019.

Here in the enviroonment we have several servers running with all his own services.

• 2 dcs (1st one is AD-DS, GPO, DNS etc. 2d one is replication for AD-DS)
  1 sync server with Azure for hybrid.
  1 WSUS server
  1 backup server (veaam, and cloud backup)
  1 file server
  1 WDS / workbench server
  

I have installed, and configured on the WSUS server everything including the GPO's.

But the updates still goes through Windows Updates instead of the Server.

I have managed now that the clients are going through the WSUS server, i confirmed that via the logs what i have generated.

But my server self, the WSUS server still goes through WindowsUpdate, how can i solve this problem??
