  1. Problem With WWAN Following Win10 Pro 2004 Update

    Hi,

    I hope someone can help.

I have a Lenovo T440p laptop, and following my update to Win10 Pro ver.2004 OS Build 19041.330, Exp. Pack 120.2202.130.0 my Ericsson N5321gw mobile broadband adaptor will not connect to the mobile network. It sees the signal as it reports the available connection and signal strength but it reports the following message:

"Cant Connect To This Network. Mobile Data is Not Working. Please Try Again Later"

I have downloaded and installed the latest firmware and driver.

I have spoken with the mobile service provider and they have sent a new SIM. I have updated the APN details but it still will not connect. To check the SIMs, I have swapped them between devices, the the new SIM out of the laptop works in a Samsung Tablet, so the SIM and network seem to be OK.

I am now at a bit of a loss. I need the modile connection for work but I have run out of ideas.

Thanks for any help in advance.

    Mark

    :)

    GPS problem: Dell Venue 11 Pro 7140 + WWAN 5810e + Win10

    Hi,

Since your Internal GPS on WWAN card is not working, I suggest that you try these troubleshooting steps:

    • Update the driver on device manager
    • Uninstall / Reinstall the device driver
If none of the steps above worked, you have to contact the device manufacturer for further assistance. You can contact them through this

    link
. Kindly note that you have to change the appropriate country located at the bottom right part of the page.

    Regards.

    GPS problem: Dell Venue 11 Pro 7140 + WWAN 5810e + Win10

    Hi,

Internal GPS on WWAN card is not working, although listed in Device Manager OK named "Dell Wireless 5810e GNSS Sensor".

No GPS fix, navigation / maps not working, only rough position via WiFi triangulation and Windows location platform - useless offline.

Is it my platform specific or Win10 general with internal GPS on WWAN cards?

    Plsd to hear your experiences.

    Cheers, Maciek
