Discus and support problem with ygkz files (virus) in Windows 10 Ask Insider to solve the problem; So I tried to download something but soon when I started downloading I saw it was a virus.     So I tried to download something but soon when I started downloading I saw it was a virus. So now all my files (photos and videos) are a ygkz files and I dont know to fix it. I tried one decrypt tool but it didnt work. If someone can help please help me.

    Virus file problem

    1) The virus is in a protected system file.
    2) The system restore files are protected and remain resident untill you disable the system restore.
    3) They are deleted during a reboot.
    4) You may then re-enable system restore.
    5) POW!!!

    How can I remove this virus remnant?

    I was also going to suggest Autoruns.

    Check to make sure it isn't attaching itself to explorer. It should be the 3rd thing listed in Autoruns, the listing for the Shell. It should just be Explorer.exe. If it is anything else, that might be your problem.
