Windows 10: Problem!

I have a problem with my stereo mix, so when i record song on any site with chrome or mozzila, opera and others it sounds soo poor its not like original but when i record on these same site with microsoft edge or IE or with pc programs it sound very good like original i rlly need to fix that problem i try every thing i reinstall my windows 10 and its again the same i dont know now to fix that so ill say again when i record with same site with chrome,mozzila and others its poor sound but when i record with microsoft edge,IE its good and i think dat its not problem with stereo mix i think its problem with chrome mozzila and other and i dont know now to fix it i try every thing 2months and i dont know sorry for my bad english

That seems to be an attempt at Option 2 in the tutorial, which requires you to
a. Boot to a command prompt (Did you?)
b. You then seem to be mixing steps 3,4 and 5, thus your command is incorrect.

I suggest Option 1 is easier.

If you still have problems, please repost listing each specific step and saying which option from the tutorial you are using. Thanks.

Run HDtune (free version) on you hard drive. but most likely that the problem. You can also test your memory with Memtest86 as suggested above
