Windows 10: problema con visual c++ redistributable

Hola, cuando intento instalar los setup de vc_redist visual c++ redistributable de los años 2015, 2017, 2019, 2022 e incluso el del año 2013, no sucede nada. Los setups simplemente no se abren, no sucede nada, y estoy teniendo muchos inconvenientes a la hora de intentar usar aplicaciones actuales como juegos porque directamente ni abren a falta de los archivos de los redistributables. Ejecuto como administrador y tambien probe intentando solucionar problemas de compatibilidad pero tampoco pasa nada, simplemente no funcionan.

I suggest you to uninstall any existing Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable Package and install the latest Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package to check if it helps.

Follow the below steps:

Step 1: Uninstall the exiting Microsoft Visual C++.

a) Press Windows key + x key and select
Programs and Features.

b) Right click on the Microsoft Visual C++ and uninstall it.

Step 2: Download the latest Microsoft Visual C++ and install it.

I suggest you to uninstall any existing Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable Package and install the latest Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package to check if it helps.

Follow the below steps:

Step 1: Uninstall the exiting Microsoft Visual C++.

a) Press Windows key + x key and select
Programs and Features.

b) Right click on the Microsoft Visual C++ and uninstall it.

Step 2: Download the latest Microsoft Visual C++ and install it.

Visual C++ 2013 redistributable

I am trying to install an application: Qualcomm Package Manager. The install aborts with the following message:

Please install Visual C++ 2013 redistributable for QIK/QPM to function correctly

I have installed Visual C++ 2013 redistributable yet continue to receive the same error message when attempting to install Qualcomm Package Manager. I don't know what to try next. The application to install doesn't recognize VC++ 2013 redistributable as installed,
yet I have been through the steps to install the redistributable. I do not know how to verify the installation of Visual C++ 2013 redistributable, nor how to uninstall and reinstall. All help appreciated.
