Windows 10: Problème PIN d'accès a ma session

Bonjour,Depuis une petit moment maintenant je ne peux plus accéder a ma session, la seule crée sur mon PC.Je suis sous Windows 11 et en arrivant devant ma session c'est ecrit que j'ai un problème de PIN, je dois le reconfigurer.Seulement, lorsque je clic dessus je dois recevoir un code de validation, mon adresse mail renseigné est bien la bonne qui est inscrite et pourtant, je ne reçois jamais mon code de validation. Le mail n'arrive pas même en spam.Je n'ai donc plus accès a mon ordinateur. Serait il possible d'avoir une aide pour récupérer mon ordinateur SVP.Cordialement.

• Firstly, could you let me know the specific system version? Please check it (you can display it by pressing the Win key + R key, and entering "winver", then Enter), and only send the relevant information without PII in the next reply.
  
• Are you using the computer in a personal or corporate environment?
  
• You mentioned that the pin is changed during each session, what exactly is this session? Can you share with me a screenshot of the interface where the problem occurs?

Clear "Pin suggested" list in People Bar

Does anybody know how to clear the "Pin suggested" list on the "People bar"?

Contacts are added to the "Pin suggested" list once you've pinned and unpinned them. But there seems to be no obvious way to remove them from that list.

After playing around with this feature and pinning and unpinning many dummy contacts, it's rather annoying to see them in the "Pin suggested" list when you click on the "My People" icon in the taskbar.

I tried steps of both links:

• #1: reset PIN code
  
  • I see no link "reset your PIN"on login page --> I can't reset it
    
• #2: change or reset windows password
  
  • My Windows account is not displayed at all on login page.
    
  • I am using a local account
    

If you have any other suggestion, I would be more than happy to try.
