Windows 10: Problèmes démarrage cession windows + écran BugCheck

Hello, for some time now my PC has not randomly loaded the Windows session and freezes on the welcome screen with no more options accessible, put on standby, restart or shut down the PC. Once restarted the PC loads without problem. This happens quite often but until now I had not had a blue screen. Here is the message from the observer: The computer restarted after a bug check. The bug check was: 0x00000018 0xffff998ee22fd220, 0xffff998ef51970c0, 0x0000000000000001, 0x330000003f000001. A video was recorded in: C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP. Report ID: 626b5e08-ee2f-4710-93ac-bc25ab82920d. the MEMORY

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

• Since when are you facing the above issue? Did you make any recent changes to the computer?
• Did you try booting the computer in Safe mode and check if the issue persists?
