Windows 10: Problems After Booting Up PC?

This morning i went to boot up my computer, during the post process all my peripherals disconnected & became unusable.MOBO: Asus Strix B450F CPU: Ryzen 7 2700x GPU: RTX 3700Ti RAM: 32GB 2666mhz 4x8GB PSU: Corsair 750W OS: Windows 11After quite allot off attempted troubleshooting I found by resting the CMOS & removing 2x Ram sticks I could get it to boot to the BIOS.1Power system on & boots. 2Press F1 to run setup, change low CPU fan speed, Save & Exit. 3Loses signal with all peripherals.Had to remove the cmos battery as this is the only way I can seem to boot up fully.Afte

PC wont boot up (No POST, No Video)

I recently installed a new Asus M5A99X Evo r2.0. The motherboard green LED lights up and the case and cpu fans spin. But there is no video when its hooked up to my monitor.

Steps that i have tried:
"No POST", "system won't boot", and "no video output" troubleshooting checklist

Made sure all connections are properly connected.

Flashing the CMOS

Tested the PSU

Followed all steps in the user manual

If there are any links that you guys can point me to or suggestions that could help it would be highly appreciated. Thank you

 

Windows 10 1709 System Restore problems...

That seems to be an attempt at Option 2 in the tutorial, which requires you to
a. Boot to a command prompt (Did you?)
b. You then seem to be mixing steps 3,4 and 5, thus your command is incorrect.

I suggest Option 1 is easier.

If you still have problems, please repost listing each specific step and saying which option from the tutorial you are using. Thanks.

 

Problem at boot up

Okey, ill try to remove my oc, but its really hard to tell if it will fix the problem, because as i said it happens randomly, not on every boot up. If its my oc, what might be the problem? My pc is also new, its almost 2 months old.
