Windows 10: Problems after factory reset

I reset my Windows 10 version 2004 HP desktop computer to factory settings because it had several problems I couldnt solve other way. I selected the Remove everything and Local reainstall options and also to wipe the drive completely. Most of the problems I previously had were solved after the reset but new issues came with it. The worst is that many Microsoft Store apps cant be opened including the Store itself and when I reset them in settings, they disappear from the app list in settings. However they are still visible in Start menu. I tried reinstalling them through the AppxBundle file

Ive factory reset my computer but I can't use the mouse or the keyboard to select laugage

In the meantime, if you're working on a desktop, we suggest that you try to use a PS2 keyboard just to bypass the installation process. Once Windows is up and running, you may now plug your mouse and keyboard to initialize Windows to detect these devices.

Thank you john for all of your help i decided to get the usb my computer came with and factory reset it i didnt have anything that personal or valueable so its ok thanks for the help though i appreciate it
