Windows 10: Problems after factory reset

So i wanted to factory reset my computer and while resetting it got stuck at 50% for 2 hours after that i got a blue screen like the bios blue screen saying that something interupted the restoration ( i can't remember all the blue screen ) but it wanted me to skip somethign and i said no and after it finished the restoration i got the login screen directly saying other user i followed some youtube tutorial on how to fix that problem and i think that i fixed it but now i got the desk top is not accessible error .

To be honest i don't know what is going on I don0t know how to fix it knowing that the pc's basic language is spanish that i don't understand so please help me

Thank you john for all of your help i decided to get the usb my computer came with and factory reset it i didnt have anything that personal or valueable so its ok thanks for the help though i appreciate it
