Windows 10: Problems after installing Windows 10 Update

Following a recent automatic update on windows 10 I've encountered a number of problems ie. I can't login to my account it takes me to a temporary account. I have lost files and have to login each time to Facebook and BT email etc. also my keyboard reverts to English (US) version should be UK version. I had live chat with Microsoft and confirmed my account is OK and still linked to my email address. Microsoft said it needed configuring and gave me a link to Technical support. I haven't as yet been able to contact them and was hoping somebody on the forum can help please?

It's basically what I mentioned above, small issues here and there ,but nothing to end your day.. for the most part.

I know it's anecdotal, but for my experience 95% of the time it's perfectly fine. The issues I've run into wouldn't be enough for me to roll back , but they would be enough (had I not installed it yet) ,to avoid it for another couple weeks which is why I'm suggesting it to the OP

There very simple and i've already tried them. The problem that i face is that the software (this app) does not find any updates for me .
Many people across the world have this issues .So you need the proxy etc thing to get it to work.

 

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
