Windows 10: Problems after most recent windows upodate, certain game doesn't update anymore.

After the most recent windows update the game "Wuthering Waves" released a launcher update that I can't install for some reason. Each time I try to install said update, I get the message "Microsoft Edge can't read and write to it's directory". I've tried some methods and solutions given by the internet already but to no avail. Everything worked fine until the last windows update. [moved from de-de]

Scanner doesn´t work anymore after last Windows 10 update

As many people on the internet already are discussing, their scanner doesn´t work anymore after the last Windows update. But there seem to be no solution.

My Scanner starts making noises, as usual, and then i get error messages: "Communication with the scanner is not possible"

Is there a workaround for that?

Re-install the TWAIN drivers? (They are not included in Windows.)

You might get a better answer if you gave the make and model of the scanner.

 

Windows doesn`t start. Authomatic repair doesn`t work.

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.
