Windows 10: Problems after rebooting.Arc mouse and sound mainly

My Arc Mouse is not working. My sound is not working and it is saying one or more devices not connected, but when i go to devices it says its working. And with my bluetooth mouse, its connected but its not moving the mouse on my screen. THis all started happenning after my laptop screen kept going black everytime i tried turning it on. and i rebooted it using a guide i found on youtube. It used safe mode and i had to uninstall a display adapter while in safe mode. before that, i used other methods on the trouble shooting , like System restoredid not work, start up repairdid not work, command promptdid not work and start up settingsworked

• Were there any recent changes made prior to this issue?
• What is the exact of your Surface device?
• Please clarify that the issue is about the ARC Bluetooth Mouse somehow locks your computer and sends you to the lockscreen.
