Windows 10: Problems After Restoring to Factory Settings

<p>Hi, </p><p>My laptop Windows 10 came up with a notice out of nowhere saying that there was a boot configuration problem. I restored the laptop to factory settings as it wouldn't let me back up any of my files.</p><p>Since doing this my laptop has been having some issues such as installing Chrome however would let me download and run Firefox as well as not letting me download apps from the Microsoft store with a bit underneath saying that my device is not compatible as well as on some apps saying that the app needed to be downloaded to my internal hard drive. As was advised online I went into Update and Security and then Activation, when I clicked Go to Store it came up with a page saying my Windows 10 was not genuine.</p><p>If anyone knows what the problem is or how to resolve any of this it would be greatly appreciated</p>

I suggest you to perform Restore factory settings, it will automatically delete all the details and the setting will be restore default a new. Click on the article how to perform Restore factory settings.

Note: It is recommended to take a Backup of all your files before performing Restore factory settings, it will wipe out all the data.
