    Problems after update KB5013942


    Hi! KB 5013942 has automatically installed! Since this update I can't update anymore. But WU is warning me that my computer is not updated.I tried deleting multiple times this update, but it keeps installing automatically again and again.Also tried to stop services, deleted the cache and associated folders.Windows 10 Fr. can. version. 20h2 build 19042.1706Thank for your help.PP

    Windows 10 update KB5013942 stuck at 20

    I had the same problem and finally got it to install after I turned off my Norton antivirus and redownloaded the KB5013942 update then reinstalled it.
