Windows 10: problems concerning refunds

Hello, first I dont know where to get an answer so Ill try herefew days ago I subscribed to the gamepass regular for PC .. for 17$and a few days later I wanted to upgrade to the ultimate for the clouds so it is 26$ .. I expected it to be 9$ siunce I paid the 17 alreadyand it didnt , they charged me the full 26$ so I asked for a refund for all of it nothing worked though , they charged me the 17 and the 26 and I dont have the gamepass anymore.. so bascically I paid 43$ for 3 days of gamepasshelp !!

Problem is there just aren't any backup boards as all chipsets are B2 stepping, and B3 stepping won't be available until maybe late April, so there's no point in getting defective replacement boards *Frown your last suggestion sounds reasonable enough to me though *Smile
