    Problems going to factory settings Windows laptop packardbell


    Hi there,


    I am unable to reset Windows 10 from computer settings or in safe mode. Receive Error Code 0x80072742-0x20000 when trying to reset using Media Creation Tool from dvd.Laptop was originally upgraded from Windows 8. Just want to completely reinstall Windows 10 and wipe the laptop clean. Problem is my laptop packardbell is now extremely slow and on top of that I cannot get into settings once started.Also unable to get on the internetbrowser.


    Can anyone help me out with the issue,please?
