Windows 10: PROBLEMS IN WINDOWS DEFENDER

Hello, I want to make a report on my laptop, since I have been looking for a long time for several solutions to be able to enter windows defender, but unfortunately no alternative or internet videos could help me. I tried cmd, rebooting, powershell, etc. First of all to enter the windows defender application opens a window of the same, but it is blank as if it had nothing, and also does not appear in the application of windows services, and also tried to watch a video where I was sent to the windows registry and could not find and was not the folder where it contained the windows defender. • Press Windows + R key.
• Type services.msc.
• Right-click Windows Defender service and click
  Start.
