Windows 10: Problems installing Endpoint Configuration Manager CAS Site

Windows Server 2022 / SQL Server Standard 2022 / Latest ECM.Have encountered an Issue installing the CAS role onto my site server. All software pre-requisites have been met between the site server & sql database.Install looked to be installing fine, validation check passed. During the install the GUI aborted locked re-running the gui it fails to connect to the database at the instance screen. looking at the install log it looks like a certificate was issued to the sql server and a service restart was issued. since the restart the gui has been unable to connect to the database.i ca
