Windows 10: Problems installing the KB5007289 update.

The KB5007289 update does not want to be downloaded in any way. At first 0% and it hangs like that for a while, after 11%, 13%, 20%, 42%, 100% and again 0%. And so an endless cycle attached screenshots. Please help me! if that I am Russian

KB5007289 No audio after update

Hi,

After installing update "November 19, 2021-KB5007289 Cumulative Update Preview for .NET Framework 3.5 and 4.8 for Windows 10"

I had no audio device installed. I did the following:

a) Run the audio troubleshooter. Result: no audio device detected.

b) Opened the Device Manager. The audio device has completely disappeared.

c) Uninstalled KB5007289 update. Result: audio is working again.

Details:

Audio driver: Realtek(R) Audio 6.0.9244.1

Default audio software: Realtek Audio Console

 

Insurgency wont install and run for me....

I have played and have fully updated CS and Half life 2....
I am using the newest client and installed the SDK.

I am completely blown away, if i click the desktop icon it starts the sdk and then closes, and it doesn't show up in my game list...

First mod attempt install here, followed the directions step by step on the mods website...

Any ideas?

 

Windows Updates problem

For several weeks, I've been seeing a warning that I'm "missing important security and quality fixes," but nothing happens when I check for updates. It says "some settings are managed by your organization," but (1) there is no organization; it's just me; and (2) the only configured update policy listed is "Enable auto wakeup to install updates." I don't think I've made any recent changes to update policies or anything else of note on my system that could explain why January's updates won't install even though previous updates didn't have a problem. I tried "Troubleshoot Windows Update," but that didn't work. I also tried uninstalling 2 recent updates - KB5008212 and KB5007289 - in case they were corrupted. Both were then reinstalled, but the problem persists. I'm running v 2004 (build 19041.1415) of Windows 10 on a Dell OptiPlex3070 desktop. Would be grateful for suggestions.
