Windows 10: problems installing Windows 10 in S Mode 1903-1909

Hello everyone I am new here and I apologize for my writing English is not my native language

I have a problem installing windows 10 pro in S Mode version 18362-18363(1903-1909)
I followed the instructions here to enable S Mode on the ISO file(install.wim) and I tried so many combination but it doesn't work it just installs the regular windows 10 ..
I tried older versions 1803 and 1809 and it install successfully without any problem I tried to do in place upgrade from windows from 1803 and 1809 to 1903 and 1909 but it reverts back to normal edition not In S Mode
I try it on VMware player 15 and there without a problem it just installs in S mode
but I try it on VMware player 12 its the same problem as my pc … my pc is old Is intel dual core E6500 and its legacy Bios is not UEFI
but what I noticed that when it installs it on GPT format(VMware 15) it does run on S Mode but when is on MBR it doesn't work it install the non S Mode

I try it all the possibilities I need your help thank you

While there is no official release date, it is expected that version 1909, will be released approx. on Patch Tuesday in October (2nd Tuesday of October)

If you are already running, that will be downloaded automatically as a cumulative update to version 1903, rather than as a full Feature Update . . .

Otherwise, the release of 1909 will be similar to the 1903 release, it will be a stepped release to compatible devices first . . .etc.

Will a complete Update be available ? Do You have any idea about the reported errors of 1909 in the startup and the security options ?

1909 will be most likely released the same as 1903, on a stepped release basis, users can choose to click the 'Update Now' button to get that update early, otherwise, when it is delivered by the normal Windows Update process, you will see a dialog on your screen
asking you if you want to update now or later, you can choose the time to install that update . ..
