    Problems installing Windows 10 Version 2004 on my Surface Laptop 2


    I typically run my 2 PC's on the Release Preview ring. One PC was successfully upgraded, by my Surface Laptop 2 fails during the update portion at around 70% and then reverts the changes.

    Getting an error code of 0xc1900101



    Any ideas?

    Boot Surface Laptop to USB - no Volume button

    Hello Jimmy, Problems installing Windows 10 Version 2004 on my Surface Laptop 2 :)

    This doesn't list the "Surface Laptop", but you might give it a try to see.

    *Arrow Boot Microsoft Surface from a USB device

    Otherwise, you should be able to use OPTION ONE below to boot from the USB from advanced startup.
