Windows 10: Problems Installing Windows 11 0x80070643

When I'm trying to install Windows 11 on my Windows 10 Laptop, the download works perfectly fine but the installation stops at 31% and it says: There were some problems installing updates, but we'll try again later. If you keep seeing this and want to search the web or contact support for information, this may help: 0x80070643I search for this on Internet and I downloaded the NetFxRepairTool but it's not changing anything. My computer has the requirements for Windows 11. What can I do to upgarde my computer to Windows 11?Image: Windows Update

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

2017-11 Cumulative for 1709 KB4051963.

So far tried this update on 4 computers. On 2 of them after going through all steps and rebooting says failed 0x80070643.
