Windows 10: Problems loading MS Lists??

HiI use MS Lists for a number of things and find it pretty useful. However, just in recent weeks I've started experiencing a never before experienced problem which is that the list loads but only about a quarter of it, there's an error message at the bottom see image. For context, the List I'm using the most hasn't had any structural changes made to it for many weeks - the design of it has remained the same for many, many weeks and all I've been doing is adding more items here and there so that there are more on the list:The only way I'm managing to clear it is by going into Microsoft Edge,

Windows 10 1709 System Restore problems...

That seems to be an attempt at Option 2 in the tutorial, which requires you to
a. Boot to a command prompt (Did you?)
b. You then seem to be mixing steps 3,4 and 5, thus your command is incorrect.

I suggest Option 1 is easier.
