Windows 10: Problems - October 25, 2022—KB5018496 OS Build 22621.755 Preview

Hello. I installed this update yesterday. During the installation, my computer locked-up and I needed to obtain a BitLocker recovery key. I did so, and was able to access my laptop data. I powered down for the evening.Today, as I powered up my laptop, my laptop was locked-up again and had to obtain another BitLocker recovery key to access my laptop data.What did this update do? How can I correct this problem?Thanks.

Microsoft confirms Windows 11 22H2 RTM is build 22621 with possible October public release:

May 25, 2022 Windows 11’s first feature update version 22H2 is now done. Microsoft has now finalized Windows 11’s anniversary update on May 24 and has started releasing Build 22621 (RTM) to manufactures. In a recent post, Microsoft officially says that its partners can ensure compatibility with Windows 11 version 22H2 by submitting their drivers before the deadline of September 5, indicating a possible October public roll out, as expected.
