Windows 10: Problems on installing Quality Updates for Windows 10 Version 1909

Hello, I have Windows 10 Home single language version 1909 OS build-18363.1593 in Lenovo Laptop. Recently I am facing problems on Quality updates of Security updates KB5003635. Check for updates is not working properly, it says You're not up to date and Your device is missing important security and quality fixes. I can only able to install Security Intelligence update for Microsoft Defender Antivirus. Last time I update Security updates KB5003244 on 26 May, 2021 via Check for Updates.Then I update & Install Manually Update for Windows KB5003212 from Microsoft Update Catalog on 07-

It's basically what I mentioned above, small issues here and there ,but nothing to end your day.. for the most part.

I know it's anecdotal, but for my experience 95% of the time it's perfectly fine. The issues I've run into wouldn't be enough for me to roll back , but they would be enough (had I not installed it yet) ,to avoid it for another couple weeks which is why I'm suggesting it to the OP

There very simple and i've already tried them. The problem that i face is that the software (this app) does not find any updates for me .
Many people across the world have this issues .So you need the proxy etc thing to get it to work.

Installing the Windows 10 1909 Update causes my secondary hard drive to not be recognized.

Steps to confirm issue:

• Secondary drive not visible in Windows Explorer
• Secondary drive not visible in device manager
• Secondary drive not visible in disk manager

Steps to replicate issue:

• Installing 1909 update

Steps to resolve issue:

• Uninstall 1909 update

Since updates can only be delayed for so long, an actual fix would be appreciated.
