    Problems Printing HP Office Jet 5252


    Hello All,

    My printer will not print. I checked cables, connections, and it is turned on. It is set as default printer. It is set to use offline. It has paper and ink. It will cue and act like it is preparing to print but does not. The printer is fairly new. Please any suggestions!

    HP 6500 office jet print que problems

    I am having trouble printing from my HP 6500 office Jet, I can print 1 job and then everything after that is stuck in the print queue behind the job that has just printed. I am unable to clear the previous job out of the que, the only way
    I can clear the queue is by going accessing the print spooler and restarting it, once I have done that I can print the next job. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

    I have tried, uninstalling everything and reinstalling, I have updated all the drivers, I have run HPs trouble shooters.

    Help.
