Windows 10: Problems running Microsoft games Jigsaw, Mahjong etc Microsoft Mahjong is currently not...

Yesterday the Jigsaw game stopped working and I received a similar message to above . Now I'm getting the same for Mahjong.

I tried removing Jigsaw app from the computer and reinstalling it but the Apps Store won't allow it. The icon appears in the Start menu but does not do anything and I cannot remove it.

At first I thought it was a problem with a corrupted file on the PC but I have exactly the same issues when trying to play these games on my laptop. Clearly the problem is at the Microsoft end but how can I get Microsoft to do anything?

Both PCs are running Windows 10

Microsoft Mahjong Woes

We suggest that you uninstall and reinstall the Microsoft Mahjong.

To uninstall Microsoft Mahjong, please follow the steps below:

• On the Start menu, select Settings.
• Select System > Apps & features.
• Select the program, and then select Uninstall.
• Follow the directions on the screen.

You can use this link to install Microsoft Mahjong. On the Microsoft Mahjong page in the Store, select
Get the game (online) or Install (in the Store app). The game will download and install automatically.

Microsoft Mahjong Woes

OK, I reinstalled Microsoft Mahjong and then uninstalled it following the above directions ... until I got to the part where it says, "You can use this link to install Microsoft Mahjong." What "link" are you referring to? I got no dialog box or anything
giving me a link. Only a dialog box to uninstall Microsoft Mahjong, followed my another dialog box to uninstall Microsoft Mahjong ... which I did.

So, what should I do now?

Where is the 'more' option for the Microsoft Mahjong game?

We only play Microsoft Mahjong and MIcrosoft Jigsaw. This is not an issue with the Jigsaw game and I don't see how it could be.

I have not heard of Microsoft mahjong titans game.

If it helps you identify which MIcrosoft Mahjong I'm referring to, the opening screen has options of "games", "December 3"(today), "recently played", "other games", "themes" and other choices 'to the right' of these.

Once again, this 'numbering of certain tiles' occurred when I migrated from Windows 8 to Windows 10 earlier this week.
