Windows 10: Problems running the downloaded SPSS 29 from my university

Split from this thread. I've downloaded SPSS 29 from my university. When I try running the download it brings be to the screen where I accept the program to make changes to my device but then won't open past that point. I attempted to do the same thing on my nanas computer and it worked and took me to the screen where I input my authorization code. I don't want to use the code on her computer as it isn't mine and I don't have access to it at all times to do my homework. It seems to be something wrong with my personal windows and I keep trying to look it up but no one seems to have the same

error during the installation of SPSS software

I was installing SPSS 20 in the windows 10 OS. At its last moment of completion i got an error message, says incorrect side by side configuration. From the answers in the microsoft community, I installed c++ 2015 ( vc_redist.x64.exe).
after that also the same error message is coming while installing the SPSS. I have scanned the C drive. There were no error found.

the error message was

"unable to execute file:

c:/programme files(x86)/IBM/SPSS/Statistics/20/stats.exe

CreateProcess failed;code 14001.

The application has failed to start because its side-by-side configuration is incorrect.

Please see the application event log or use the command-line sxstrace.exe tool for more details."

Please give some suggestion to install spss.

 

windows scaling problem on spss 20

I have tired all the above but nothing works

I even upgraded to the latest spss 25 but the problem still exist

i am so frustrated and sad

please help me out
