Windows 10: Problems saving video in Microsoft Photos Video Editor.

I edited a zoom meeting and then selected "finish video" and "export". After spending time "exporting", I got an error message saying the video could not be saved because the file is in use. Error code: 0x80070020. I tried this multiple times and see no other way to save my edited video as an mp4 file for use in other applications. How can I save this?

Please suggest me a very good video editor and a photo editor (although inbuilt photo editing is there but still if there is any better) for my nokia 808 pureview white and from where i can download these and install in my mobile.

How do I save a video to the video projects in the video editor? I created a video and saved it to my onedrive and exited the program. It turns out it never did upload to onedrive, it did not save it. When I view my video projects, it does show there but
clicking on it results in an error saying it could not retrieve it from the onedrive and says it can't open the video. Is it stored anywhere else? I did not realize I had to click the share button to actually save it to my hard drive. I assumed this was saved
automatically? Apparently not. I spent two hours on that video file and would really like to be able to open it! Please help!!

After you choose Export or Share the video, the Photos app should tell you where it's saved the file as illustrated in the steps in this tutorial:
