Windows 10: Problems "sending" emails from a BT Internet account on Outlook in Windows 11

Discus and support Problems "sending" emails from a BT Internet account on Outlook in Windows 11 in Windows 10 Gaming to solve the problem; Hi I have 365 and am using it on a laptop and desktop.     Problems "sending" emails from a BT Internet account on Outlook in Windows 11


    Hi I have 365 and am using it on a laptop and desktop. The problem I have with both is that emails do not "Send" from a BT internet account. Seems fine with Gmail and Outlook accounts. Bt Internet inbox works but sent emails just sit in the Outbox. You can force it by clicking repair in advanced settings and closing and restarting the app, but this is not really satisfactory.

    SO today my friend asked me if i could post this question on the forum:



    He wants to configure a outlook account with 1 email, with that outlook account he wants to run the same account in 2 diferent computers he wants the both computer to be connected in network, for example:



    • he receives a email and that email is sent to each computer;
    • he deletes a email from one computer and it also deletes on the other;
    • he moves a email to a folder it also moves on the other computer;
    If you guys can help me would be nice!

    The screen shot looks like that's where she would CREATE a new group. What is on the "Send/Receive" tab?

    Outlook 2019 - DNS Problem

    Hello, on checking for new emails on Outlook 2019onn Windows 10, I get an error: 0x80042108 (Outlook cannot connect to your incoming (POP3) email server. If you continue...). I have about 7 email accounts over Outlook and I tried troubleshooting it with all the google suggestions, but to no avail. I left out the last suggestion to reinstall Outlook/Office.. Now the strange thing is that when I connect to the internet over a VPN ( as I often use it ), Outlook has no problems whatsoever connecting, downloading and or sending emails! Apparently all Outlook etc. settings are in order. I am also unable to setup a Windows Mail account on a Windows 11 laptop. Wonder if it is all connected, since I'm using the same network as well as the same router. Anyone know how to resolve the issue? Regards,
