    Problems setting up Windows 11


    I have just purchased a new HP Notebook with Windows 11 pre-loaded. However when I try to open the computer I get an error screen and have to go through a process to get it to open. What I want to do is:1. Install a Local Account as administrator.2. Ensure that all the software in the Microsoft account which I was forced to set up is available in Local Account, particularly the Word 2019/Excel/Powerpoint programmes which were purchased separately. I don’t want Outlook or other Microsoft add-ons except Edge.3. Then I want to remove Microsoft Account completely and permanently. 4

    Sound card amplification settings

    Yeah unfortunately ASUS and Realtek are not stepping up and fixing this it seems. Wherever I see such problems mentioned on forums some users are suggesting just uninstalling the Realtek driver and using the Windows audio driver.

    That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

    At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.

    Hi Sandra,

    To help you out with your concern, we suggest that you disable the add-ons in Internet Explorer 11. For step by step instructions, go to this

    link    , then look for the title Turning off and removing add-ons.

    We also suggest that you reset Internet Explorer 11 through these steps:

    • Go to Internet Explorer then click the Gear icon.
    • Choose Internet options > Advanced.
    • Click Reset.

    (Note: If you have added Favorites, back up them first before resetting the browser. )
