Windows 10: Problems starting computer after updating

I'm not exactly sure what topic this goes under but I updated my computer last night and now when I turn on my computer, I get a black screen with a pop-up box saying that Windows could not complete the installation. The pop-up box also says that if I want to install Windows on my computer, I need to restart the installation. No matter how many times I do restart my computer I still get that screen with the same pop-up box.

A simple solution but one that works in most circumstances!

1. Click Start, click Run, type services.msc, and then click OK.

2. In the list of services, right-click Automatic Updates, and then click Properties.

3. In the Startup type list, click Automatic, and then click Apply.

4. If Service status is set to Stopped, click Start, and then click OK.

5. Right-click Background Intelligent Transfer Service, and then click Properties.

6. In the Startup type list, click Manual, and then click Apply.

7. If Service status is set to Stopped, click Start, and then click OK.
