    Problems switching my Microsoft Authenticator over to my new phone


    Got new phone today and I am unable to get past the "Begin Recovery" step in switching over my Microsoft Authenticator as I keep getting "Unable to recover ... Your backup is not stored with insert my email address. Try signing into a different personal Microsoft account??? I don't understand. On my old phone in the app profile it appears that my email is the main one... I don't understand why it's not recognizing me... I also use it for my work as it's required to enter sensitive information there but I have a different account on my Microsoft Authenticator account for that but I wouldn't
