Windows 10: problems watching dplay

I am trying to watch programs on dplay but I keep getting loss of sound AND even worse the programs either wont start or when the ad breaks come on the program doesn't come back on afterwards? Im on a windows 10 Vivo how can I overcome this problem?

That seems to be an attempt at Option 2 in the tutorial, which requires you to
a. Boot to a command prompt (Did you?)
b. You then seem to be mixing steps 3,4 and 5, thus your command is incorrect.

I suggest Option 1 is easier.

If you still have problems, please repost listing each specific step and saying which option from the tutorial you are using. Thanks.

To have a better clarity on the issue, respond to the questions listed below:

• Were any changes made on the computer prior to this issue?
  
• Does the issue persist on all sites?
  
• Do the downloaded videos play fine?
  

Meanwhile you may try the steps listed below and check if it works:

• Right click on the video you’re watching.
  
• Click on ‘Settings’.
  
• On the first tab, make sure ‘Enable hardware acceleration’ box is unchecked.

Video on Facebook Watch

I have noticed the problem is not just on Facebook watch, its with other videos on Facebook also.

I did the trouble shooter as you instructed, and Facebook is not listed as a "windows store" app. Not sure what the next step would be.
