Windows 10: Problems when creating a new folder in Windows 10 version 2004

Whenever I try to create a new folder in Windows 10 version 2004, I have no problems creating the folder. But then when I right click the desktop and select sort by name, Windows 10 ends up creating another folder but instead of the second folder name being the same as the folder that was previously created, the second folder created says new folder.


Then when I try to delete the two created folders, One of the folders remains on my desktop and in order for it to disappear I have to right click on the desktop and select refresh. This only started happening after I upgraded from Windows 10 version 1909.

It's working for me. But my new folder option is not working anywhere not in desktop as well as not in file explorer. Whenever I am placing my cursor on new folder option, its first spinning for few seconds then goes to close the file
explorer and refresh the desktop once.
