Windows 10: Problems with all ALL drawing softwares

Hello,I have issues with all drawing softwares. In photoshop my brushes act weird, I can't really explain adequately but something is wrong, so I let it and go to photopea. It does the exact same thing. So I let Clip studio paint to go in Krita. It does the exact same thing. So I let Krita to go in Medibang. It does the exact same thing. Windows 10 1709 System Restore problems...

That seems to be an attempt at Option 2 in the tutorial, which requires you to
a. Boot to a command prompt (Did you?)
b. You then seem to be mixing steps 3,4 and 5, thus your command is incorrect.

I suggest Option 1 is easier.

If you still have problems, please repost listing each specific step and saying which option from the tutorial you are using. Thanks.

 

Buggy Line Drawing.

I gave you fixes for drawing problems with a tablet, it says in the first line in your post "unable to draw with my tablet". Are you saying now that this is not a problem with your tablet, because you're using your mouse on your PC? I'm sorry but I have lost you.

What tells you this is not a problem with drivers - the fact that it happened on another device? This does not absolve drivers. The most basic thing we need to learn to maintain a PC is how to keep the latest manufacturer's drivers current. Windows drivers are rarely enough. So those need to be checked regardless.

Please try all the steps in the links I found, which are the only fixes I find on the web even close to this issue. Report back detailed results so I have clues what else to suggest.
