    Problems with Connecting / Printing to Epson ET-3760 with Windows 11


    I installed Windows 11 on my MS Surface laptop and I have not been able to use my printer since. I worked with Epson and they said I needed to contact MS to find out what to do since all the troubleshooting they did didn't resolve the issue. When I try to download the drivers it fails.

    Epson print cd

    Normally yes, but PrintCD is an application for Epson printers to print on CD/DVD. It's not available on Epson's site.

    I have already done everything listed in your reply. I have an Epson printer, instead of an HP as in your reply, but I have done the same steps. I have also done everything listed in the "Fix printer connection and printing problems in Windows 10" article
    at the website you suggested. This did not remedy the problem.

    The print spooler problem I described is affecting not only hard copy printing on my physical Epson printer but also digital printing to a PDF using Nuance Power PDF.

    So, I'm still searching for a solution.
