    Problems with download and VPN connection


    Hi.Today I discovered weird thing, which never occurred before.2-3 weeks before everything was fine.
    So I'm trying to download patch for a game from https://pso2.acf.me.uk/Manual/ . But for some reason, download starts and ends after 2.4-2.8mb. On my phone, in the same network, by using Wi-fi I can download it without any trouble.
    I thought maybe VPN will help, so I tired Windscribe and OkFreedom, but both, lose connection, after I try to download this file.
    I tried to reboot PC and router and I don't use any antivirus.
    Any suggestion how to solve it?

    vpn is not working

    Hi,

    To address your concern, provide the answers to the following:

    • Is your WiFi enabled when trying to connect to VPN?
    • Were you able to use WiFi without connecting to VPN?

    If you can use WiFi properly without connecting to VPN, we suggest that you refer to your company's IT folks.
