Windows 10: Problems with Drivers, Windows-Update etc., for example "installation error - 0x800703f1"

Hello, I am currently having some issues with my HP Envy x360 13 ay Convertible Laptop. I installed Windows 11 a few months ago. I've had the issue of my mouse pad and touch screen sometimes working and sometimes not, but it didn't bother me that much. However, since yesterday I suddenly have a lot of problems with the device: 1.: With Windows update in the settings, about 20 updates are displayed, all of which cannot be downloaded/installed, and say "Installation error - 0x800703f1". see image below, the list is about twice as long as shown in the screenshot There is a single "cumulative W

Drivers won't update, errors 0x800703f1 and 0x80070002

I have about 20 drivers that need updating. Windows version 18363. The updates download but fail to install. All report error 0x80070002 or 0x800703f1.

I've tried:

• Clearing the download files and restarting the update service.
• Running the troubleshooter
• sfc /scannow
• dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth, which seemed to hang after the scan.
• perfmon /report, which shows that one service is crashing
• Using the Device Manager to install individual drivers
• Various other remedies proposed; I googled the error codes and followed up...

Suggestions?

Windows 7 wont install drivers

i dont think anyone here understands what your asking either when its nearly a 90% english dominated Tech forum.
Step 1
reinstall windows from scratch
Step 2
install all drivers from the cd that came with the god damn motherboard *common sense*
Step 3
update windows
Step 4
install misc etc crap like flash java etc etc
Step 5
Install GPU drivers
Step 6
go back to using your pc without issue.
