Windows 10: Problems with EON-Code

I bought an Xbox One elite controller via mediamarkt 2 days ago including an eon-skin

package with 500 vbucks now I have the code sent to me as of MediaMarkt redeemed

in Microsoft but now somehow no access to it because I have no xbox have a console.

now it is only on the microsoft side, that I redeemed the code but I do not have

the content

Eon Skin not on my Fortnite Account

Hi,

I recently bought a the xbox eon skin controller bundle and i entered the code on Microsoft, it came up with eon skin etc and i clicked confirm, however i do not have the skin on my account. I play on PC and do not own a xbox. My epic is linked to the Xbox
account so im just really confused. What can i do??

That seems to be an attempt at Option 2 in the tutorial, which requires you to
a. Boot to a command prompt (Did you?)
b. You then seem to be mixing steps 3,4 and 5, thus your command is incorrect.

I suggest Option 1 is easier.

If you still have problems, please repost listing each specific step and saying which option from the tutorial you are using. Thanks.
