Windows 10: Problems with File Explorer Updates

Hi. Your list of "Topics" does not refer to the "File Explorer Updates". I hope I'm writing this in the logical Topic. When you read the document they provide they say that a lot of anti-virus apps attack the files that are downloaded for updates. They also say that Microsoft does not like them! If that is true, then why are we updating the "File Explorer" Files?I can't wait to read the answer to this. Both Malwarebytes and Bitdefender quarantines some "File Explorer" files.By the way, I only use one anti-virus product at a time of course.TedPS - Why do I have to keep selecting "Heading 3" For

"This file can't be previewed" problem in explorer

• Were there any changes on your PC before this happened like software or updates installed?

For initial troubleshooting, we suggest that you follow the steps listed below:

• Open File Explorer.
• Access this link
  
  C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Explorer
• Delete all the files.
• After deleting the files kindly try and see if there's a thumbnail preview of your files.

File Explorer not responding problem.

Try this steps because I think it's related with quick access in file explorer:

1. Open a new Explorer window.
2. Click View in the ribbon.
3. Click Options.
4. Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
5. Click OK.

Now it should hopefully work fine.
