Windows 10: Problems with keyboard stuttering/lagging.

Hello! I have been member for many years and not sure if I ever posted. I have always found help I need via search.
With that said I have had a intermittent problem for about 2 months. I play online games and I use the "W" key to move forward and I noticed that my character was stuttering, like lagging. I thought at first I was experiencing packet loss or bad connection. I did trace routes to my server ping tests etc and have concluded it is not my internet causing this.

After a while of this I started doing tests. I made new text file on my desktop and held down the "W" key and noticed every so often it stopped for split second, (after 10-15 "W") then continued, some times it does it a lot (every 3-5"W") and other times it would less. I tried other keys and they did it as well so it wasn't a wore out key.

I started with the usual of switching the keyboard to another computer and it did not happen on it. I tried another new keyboard and it also did it, again intermittent. I have updated my USB drivers, used drivers from my motherboard web site, let windows install/update drivers. Tried removing and reinstalling, tried using different USB ports, problem remains. I have done trouble shooting in windows 10. I have tried DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth and sfc /scannow followed by reboot. I tried the ease of use>keyboard>filter key toggle. I even formatted and reloaded windows again and it was fine for few days, then started again. I have open resource manager and held several keys down and watched my CPU, ram, disk, etc for spikes, nothing. All drivers are up to date.

Windows 10 Stuttering/Lagging with Graphical Glitches


These are the LatencyMon stats once the problem sets in





















The problem didn't come in Safe Mode - although I only used it in Safe Mode for about 10 minutes.

*I usually only needed to input a PIN password to log into Windows. After booting into Safe Mode it started asking for my password (i.e. Microsoft Account password). It hasn't asked for the PIN since then. Is this normal? Maybe some kind of protection enabled by Windows itself?

As you can see it says that my system has no latency issues.
Something weird I noticed is the difference in Measured and Reported CPU speeds - 1 Mhz and 3293 Mhz. How is that possible? I mean will the system even boot up if that's the actual speed?
There is also and Indepth Latency Test shortcut created by the program. Do I need to run it as well?

 

After the latest Windows 10 update Mouse lag and video stuttering

I've updated my Windows 10 on 12th September 2016 and am getting bad mouse stuttering and keyboard lag every few seconds. It's an absolute pain!

 

Video lag/stutter, suggetions?

Hey guys,

So ill start with saying I'm not very tech savvy, so sorry if any of this seems simple or stupid. I have windows 10 installed on my pc, its a simple Asus. My settings tell me I have an x64 based processor, a 64bit operating system, and 4gb RAM. Whenever I attempt to play a video file there is really bad stutter and lag in the video. Its more so with files already saved but will happen when streaming videos sometimes as well. Any suggestions on what to do about this?
