Windows 10: Problems with laptop

My laptop is broken. When I am using it sometimes it suddenly restarts. Before it restarts I hear cracked noise in my headphones. How to prevent this from happening ?When its restarting it doesnt show the blue restart screen. The screens display is like when I turn on the laptop.
