Windows 10: Problems with loading

So i'm having issues with loading anything up on my PC whether it's a game, an app or a website, even messages i get through discord.

Here is the problem ;

Whenever I try to load anything up, let's say youtube on Google Chrome. It will take around 2 minutes or so to fully load up the front page of youtube, however when pressing CTRL + ALT + DEL , it loads up instantly. The same thing will happen with youtube videos, i'll click on the video and it will load but when the video stutters / stops it will just stay loading for the same 2 minutes, but hitting CTRL + ALT + DEL will load it instantly and the video will carry on playing.

So basically, anything on my PC will take a while to load but upon pressing CTRL + ALT + DEL , it loads up in an instant.


My internet speed is pretty fast I would say and this only started happening about 3-4 days ago, this only happens on my PC. My XBOX, phone and tablet do not have this issue when loading things up.

I am not quite sure what to do, I have tried resorting to youtube videos to see if anyone on there would be able to help but it doesn't seem like anyone else has this problem.

Windows 10 1709 System Restore problems...

That seems to be an attempt at Option 2 in the tutorial, which requires you to
a. Boot to a command prompt (Did you?)
b. You then seem to be mixing steps 3,4 and 5, thus your command is incorrect.

I suggest Option 1 is easier.

If you still have problems, please repost listing each specific step and saying which option from the tutorial you are using. Thanks.

 

Constant script errors and slow loading pages in 10 internet explorer 11

I have done the steps listed above. They have not helped and I am still getting constant script errors, along with slow loading pages. Are there any other suggestions?

 

My calibration doesnt load on startup

Well the steps i did previously didnt solve the problem, so im going to try your suggestion instead.
