Windows 10: Problems with multiplayer in minecraft java

Hello everyone. I just bought minecraft java and bedrock because i wanted to have it on my pc. I already had an microsoft account so i bought the games in that account. After that i went to my xbox family settings and created a family, with this account as a minor because i am one. I enabled multiplayer and all of the settings needed to play online minecraft. Then i opened minecraft bedrock edition and i was playing multiplayer normally, then i opened java edition and it apeared that i needed to change the account settings, but i changed them already. Enable multiplayer on childs minecraft java account.

I'm trying to enable multiplayer for my child's Minecraft java account. I have followed guides similar to this enable multiplayer minecraft pc for child - Microsoft Community I have tried multiple ways website and the Xbox safety app. However they can still not access multiplayer feature.
