  1. Problems with my audio, USB ports and Bluetooth.

My computer has no sound. It displays a red 'X' on the speaker sign at the lower right corner, and says no audio output devices installed. I have tried to update it but still it does not work. I have even tried to download another audio device but still no change. To the Bluetooth and USB ports I have not worked on them because I took much time on the audio part. Please help.

    :)

  3. USB Ports

    Hi Homer,

We'd like to ask a few questions to help us isolate this problem.

    • Have you tried connecting your device tracker to a different USB port on your computer?
    • If so, was it detected?
    • Did you receive any error messages?

To address this issue, we suggest that you follow the troubleshooting steps shared by Praveen Venogupal on this

    link
    .

Let us know how it goes.

    Regards.

    Bluetooth USB Dongle

Ya I thought about that too, cuz I've had that problem with my standard USB headphones. I checked control panel>sounds and audio devices, and I check all the tabs and pull-downs there, but only the standard audio controller (SoundBlaster).

A random other note - remember how the device shows as "Passkey enabled" but not "connected." well by chance I was looking at the services tab again, and when I click this, and it "searches for services," in the "Bluetooth Devices" window, it flashes "Connected" for a couple times, then goes back to nothing again. Interesting.
