    Problems with network icon, video card issue, windows refresh


    Have an older laptop computer with a GTX 870M video card and a Intel Dual Band Wireless-AC 7260. The computer ran fine, no issues, but I wanted to download and play humankind. So I updated the video card drivers using GeForce Experience. I didn't previously have this GeForce thing installed, so I ran it and it recommended an updated driver. I updated it and restarted and the all hell broke loose. The Video card was giving an error in device manager, that windows had a problem with it and disabled it. I tried uninstalling it/reinstalling. Deleting GeForce and manually updating the driver... the

    It says the best driver is already installed. I really think it's an issue related to the sd card hardware or driver. The problem doesn't happen if the videos are on the hard drive.

    Network connection icon problem

    Hi all,
    Few days ago (since I have switched to Nvidia - I don't know is there any connection between them or not) I have a problem with the network connection icon. After the OS loads in, the icon is still loading about for a minute. When I open Chrome the internet connection is perfect, only the icon shows it's loading. It wouldn't be such a problem, but certain programs (for example GPU-Z) doesn't open until the icon stops loading.
    What could be the problem, and how can I solve this? I have already uninstalled / reinstalled the network driver. Nothing has changed.

    If the video card drivers are outdated or corrupted you might such issues.

    I suggest you to follow the below steps and check if it helps.




    • Press “Windows key + R”, type
      devmgmt.msc and press Enter.

    • Expand Display Adapters and right click on the
      video card.

    • Click on Update
      and follow the on-screen prompts to update the driver.
