Windows 10: Problems with RDP

2 Problems.A. When connecting from a Windows 10 PC to a Windows 8.1 pro laptop via rdp, the laptop loses wifi connection until you physically sign back onB. When connecting from a Windows 10 laptop to a Windows 8.1 pro laptop via RDP, playing Minecraft proves to be quite hard. If you full-screen the Minecraft via rdp, your screen will freeze and the windows 8.1 laptop will now display Minecraft. Addiontially, mouse dpi is incredibly high so you are either looking at the direct floor or the sky.I've been trying to fix this problem the whole day pls help

  Initially when we received the problem there wasn't any changes made on the computer since we couldn't figure out the problem, we upgraded the pc to windows 10. It fixed the problem momentarily and then it starts again. Then we re initiated the upgrade the
  same day I wrote this post and it was fixed again and then on today the issue is back

• What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far?
  
  In the past we would delete the MS Licensing Protocol folder as suggested by so many other posts and restart the RDP connection ad administrator to rebuild it. This time around it didn't fix anything. Like I said previously we've tried to upgrade the PC and
  the fix is temporal

• Is this the first time that you encountered this problem? No

• When did you notice about this issue? I'm not sure when it started because I haven't been on this project that long but I would say within the last month based on me. Based on other conversations this has happened in the past.

RDP

I guess I am showing my age.

In times past I was able to use RDP to remotely connect from my pc to a remote host pc - provided that remote pc was RDP enabled and the fire-wall was opened for the RDP port.

These days it seems much more complex.

Is there a step-by-step instruction sheet to follow? Or, better, is there an app/utility which configures the host more-or-less automatically?
