Windows 10: Problems with red and green squares showing up on screen

Hello, I have recently been having trouble with Red, Green, yellow, and black squares Kind of like a color selector showing up on my laptop. Its shows up on the sides of Google Chrome when I type stuff in, also in the scroll bar on the left hand of my screen Only in google docs, as well as on random ads with plain text with white backgrounds. It has also occasionally shown up in text boxes. The colored boxes show up when I screenshot so maybe it's a GPU problem This is what I believe it is but I want to get confirmation. I was also thinking it could possibly be a graphic card malfunction

Is the red square visible when you first power up the PC? or is it just visible when you login to your user profile?

Since I upgraded to windows 10. I'm getting green screens on IE, Firefox, Microsoft edge videos and on some movie apps. But not on Google Chrome.I have tried all the community step by step suggestive, instructions. But the problem is still there. I understood
that Microsoft is having some issues with windows 10. Is that a fact? .
